The medical definition of trauma is that there must be an immediate and present threat to your life and your safety, or a threat to your sanity. The deep impact of being out of control in a dangerous situation where we’re helpless and confronted with something that is completely overwhelming is the essence of trauma. It can cause PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), which includes flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, poor sleep, addictions of all kinds, drinking and drug abuse, and an avoidance of anything that reminds us of that particular situation.
In our current culture there’s also a broader understanding of emotional trauma. Many people use the phrase ‘emotional trauma’ to include anything that impacts us so negatively that it changes our ability to move forward in life.
For example, your spouse cheats on you. Maybe your husband is not only having an affair — maybe he’s got a whole other family. That might have a profound impact on your willingness and your ability to trust going forward in relationships, even though it doesn’t necessarily threaten your life or your sanity. In our culture we still consider that emotional trauma.
What I’d like to talk about today is both of these definitions of trauma and the all-inclusive aspect of just being overwhelmed with the struggle to let go and get beyond the difficult situations from our past. Innately, we know that these experiences can stop us in our tracks from inner growth, spiritual growth, and our ability to function in the world.
Sadly, we can lose our capacity to thrive and fulfill our potential, for emotional trauma can dampen our trust in our inner guidance, and whittle away our deepest connection to the God of our understanding.
I know that in my own life I have certainly experienced emotional trauma. In fact… I honestly can’t think of anybody I know who hasn’t been through some kind of traumatic incident in their life. It seems to be part of being alive at this time in our history. Most people have experienced some kind of a relationship trauma, or maybe some kind of physical trauma that they’re struggling to recover from. Even if it’s something like a car accident, most people know exactly what this experience is, and the devastating consequences that can result.
There are currently many different integrative healing modalities and spiritual healing modalities out there that work with emotional trauma and PTSD. Some of them include psychotherapy, meditation, breath work or yoga, exposure therapy, or for really severe cases, medical interventions with pharmaceuticals.
Though we have collectively made great strides in the understanding and treatment of emotional trauma, until now there wasn’t something as comprehensive, effective, and spiritually healing as The Trivedi Effect®.
The Trivedi Effect® is the potent, living presence within all of nature, harnessed and transmitted to you for your highest well-being. If you think of the tremendous intelligence in nature, the tremendous intelligence in the Creator of nature, you begin to understand the power and potency of The Trivedi Effect®.
I can say personally, that having received these life force energy transmissions myself, I have found it to be the most incredible experience to witness emotional trauma dissolving in my own life. It happens spontaneously and so simply!
I can give an example of grocery shopping, and standing in front of the greens — like the salads and the kale and the spinach — and just, out of nowhere, crying. Really crying. I’m not talking about the pretty little dab-dab-tears, I’m talking about a sudden bursting forth without even a storyline in my mind. It’s just this incredible eruption that comes through! And when I let it wash through me — even though it might be a little embarrassing if it happens in public— there is such an extraordinary experience on the other side of that!
The weight of the past simply dissolves like popping soap bubbles. The trauma just dissolves and disappears.
The memory is still there, certainly, but my whole relationship with my past was changed and lightened so there was no jarring baggage or emotional charge. The situation just deflated and went away.
This energy has the power to lift us up and raise our consciousness so that if we start out on a low rung of the consciousness ladder — and then we get raised to the next level up through receiving the energy — what happened down on that first rung doesn’t have the impact any more because now we’re living at a new level. We’re living from a new awareness, a new understanding, a new and deeper connection to the God of our understanding.
That connection becomes like a bright light that shines into the darkest, deepest corners within us and dissolves those dark places so that we can finally recover ourselves and fulfill our potential in this life. That is the power of the receiving life force energy transmissions. That is the power of The Trivedi Effect®.
